update of GCMD keywords #10

In the long run we should update the GCMD keywords that we are using for projects. They have updated the keyword table last year (especially the platform table is a bit different now).

I am not sure if this might require updating existing GCMD keyword assignment in the table as well.

They do update their keyword tables on a regular basis and they do have an API: https://wiki.earthdata.nasa.gov/display/CMR/GCMD+Keyword+Access So coming up with some automated way to update the tables (at least for smaller updates) would be good too.

Scripts are in prod and scheduled to run every Sunday. Ran once manually, successfully, in prod. Will close when it runs successfully according to that schedule.
