Add bibliography module #102

@wsalesky We're almost ready to run a big conversion from Zotero. Could you please go ahead and initialize a bibliography module for us in the repo settings? The module URI should be https://usaybia.net/bibl and the base URI for records should be https://usaybia.net/bibl/.

We're not linking to IIIF repositories, so there's no need to include that functionality. Related entities that should show up in the sidebar are persons and places, like Syriaca.org.

Any other info you need?

I think it was the problem with the URIs (https://github.com/usaybia/srophe-eXist-app/issues/18#issuecomment-907915407) that was throwing me off. Once I fix that we can return to this
