Identify new/existing persons coming from bibliography tags #171

@FlavioZeska I have exported the tags now.

  1. Check again whether the person exists in our data -- you can search the Text tab of the spreadsheet.
  2. If exists, delete the row in NewPersonsBibliography tab and rename the tag in Zotero (in the left sidebar, right-click on the tag > Rename Tag ...)
  3. If doesn't exist, fill in the English (LHOM-style) and Arabic names and a very short description.
