The transliteration does not match the other head word: النداشي الحارثي al-Najāshī al-Ḥārithī (only the second is provided by a note in the text)

How should it be corrected?

One of the headwords has to be changed. al-Nadāshī al-Ḥārithī / النجاشي الحارثي
