Remove `starting@` from email extractions #10

The email extractor is incorrectly labeling text like starting@60 as an email address. Here is an example: https://dig3.memexproxy.com/email.html?id=starting%4060.702-418-5244

@szeke can we replace email extractor with spacy as well ?
