Annotation highlight refresh #613

Old annotation highlight remains after annotation region changed.

To reproduce:

  1. Upload iDATA dataset
  2. Select suggest annotation, which select the wrong dependent variable (green) region
  3. Select dependent variable region
  4. In popup change selected region to B2:B2351
  5. Save changes
