Uploading an existing .t2wmlz file works great - showing the annotations and layers, including custom properties and their tags.
Opening an empty project and uploading annotations via Apply Annotations menu creates the same annotation blocks, but the custom properties are not present in the layers.
To reproduce this issue try uploading the .xlsx file first and the .t2wmlz file second (via apply annotations functionality) with the files included in the attached zipped folder.
