Standardize Seabee API #31

The different messages and methods for accessing the seabee driver and sensors (mainly seabee3_driver_node and xsens_node) are very disorganized. We should come up with a simple notation and stick to it for the rest of summer before we start making new nodes that incorporate the old API.
