Should Image Scaler Scale All Camera Info Params? #41

It currently only scales the "rows" and "cols" fields. I'm not sure whether or not opencv interprets the camera_info data in such a way as for this to be sufficient but I have a feeling that the focal length params should be modified too at the very least.

Fixed in 36c2cd753ac05abb184da79c80f077c856bb7c78 by setting binning params.
