800-128 is a companion document to 800-171. It's worth adding to your (already extraordinarily long) list of reading material.

On the same page is supplemental material for an SSP template. Warning: docx format.

At this point it may be worth considering assigning folks to documents to help extract the key points..? Or something to ease your reading burden.
