Update table list and correct table captions

Match one-for-one the exact table list from the main text (Table 6 was added) and in the supplementary text table S10 (Selected reconstruction agreement statistics with comparisons to output from the 2020 Census Disclosure Avoidance System using the 2010 Census as input.) was added and the tables after that renumbered.

Should Table S8 in the supplementary text say "census blocks"?
