Software requirements are incomplete

An exhaustive list of (higher-level) software should be included in the "Software requirements" section. Reading this section should give a complete overview over all the computational software used anywhere in the project.

• Stata is used, not documented. Needs version of Stata as run.
• MySQL is loosely documented, but not pinned. Version of MySQL (or MariaDB) should be noted. Schema should be provided to populate the "scheduling component" (a step-by-step can be handled later)
• requirements.txt needs to be provided (see also #17 ). If run in multiple environments, there may be multiple requirements.txt
• Gurobi is loosely documented. Needs version as used. The information about licensing of Gurobi should be pulled into this section.
