Please indicate that plotly version 4.9.0.9000 is required (or some version containing plotly::event_register function).

Due to issues with rendering speed in the latest versions of plotly we have removed the event_register function and recommend using version 4.8 for better results. Open task: add minimum version numbers for imported packages.
