Two things here:

adding data for suggested example cities, for all of us
adding the osmnx exploration notebook, just for myself for now (UNFINISHED)

@anastassiavybornova Awesome on the data and demo in notebook. Shall we go ahead and merge for now? That was I can adapt the cityseer stuff with standard data.
