This PR:

resolves #44
- 3 "interesting" (pretty boring actually) cases of parallel merge
DRYs out viz functionality for current use in osmnx.ipynb & cityseer_parallel_gaboardi.ipynb
moves all .png files into GoogleDrive to save space – 2024_simplification/usecases/...
- (keeps .mp4 files within repo)
