correlation step for closed path systems #3

I would like fluxpart to work with closed path eddy covariance systems which require a correlation step to calculate flux. I was hoping to discuss over the USDA W3188 Multistate meeting tomorrow and Friday but unfortunately that probably cannot happen. I am happy to help strategize.
