Motivation and Context
Removed CBS functions since it has been replaced by USChannel
How Has This Been Tested?
Ran my own test bot - all other functions (start, help, spaces, nusbus, publicbus) still work and running all CBS related functions (cbs, subscribe, unsubscribe) gives no such command.
