Fixes related to https://github.com/usdevs/cinnabot/pull/42

Description

NUS bus timings are now parsed as markdown
NUSBusResfresh corrected to NUSBusRefresh (oof big shameful typo)
fixed golint issues for stuff I added
go fmt again

Motivation and Context

Neater code and neater interface .^.

How Has This Been Tested?

Hosted and tested locally. Refresh button works the same!
