Cache the results of the Schema load and the SPARQL query in a pickle #14

[ ] Write out a pickle with graph after the SPARQL query is done.
[ ] Include the timestamps of the Turtle files and the sha256 of the SPARKQ.
[ ] If they haven't changed, just return the cached results.
