[STORY]: Change "assign" feature to "share"

Full User Story

As a grant coordinator or applicant, I want to share a grant with another team in grant finder in order to notify them of a grant they may be interested in.

Why is this issue important?

We have received feedback from users that "assign" language feels formal and directive and makes it unclear if all users should be using the feature. Our intention is that changing the language to "share" is more aligned with grant finder's focus on collaboration, will make it more clear that users should be using the feature, and result in more use of the feature.

My Grants

• Change "Assigned" tab to "Shared with Your Team"
• Make "Shared with Your Team" the first tab on the My Grants Page (followed by Interested, Not Applying, Applied)

Dashboard

• In the recent activity section, when someone shares a grant, the Recent Activity log should display:name of grant was shared to team name that grant was shared to
• When you click "see all activity" under the Recent Activity section, the share activities should display the same way that they do on the dashboard
• from https://grants.usdigitalresponse.org/RecentActivity, when you click on the Export to CSV button, the file should be updated so column E is titled Grant Shared by (rather than Grant Assigned by)

Grant Details Page

• Assign Grant should be renamed "Share Grant"
• The button that says "Assign" next to team selection should be changed to show "Share"
• The log of shared activity text should be updated to reflect: "user name shared to team name grant is shared with"
• The log of shared activity should have the profile avatar added for the user who shared the grant
• Remove the option to X out of shared grant (i.e. once you share a grant, you can't "unshare" it)

My Profile

• under the Email Notification section, the grant assignments notification should be updated to be titled "Shared Grants" with text below saying "Send me an email notification when someone shares a grant with my team."

Shared Grants Notification Emails

• title of email should be updated to be: name of user who shared grant Shared a Grant with Your Team
• preview text should be: name of grant shared
• within the email, Under the usdr logo, the text should be updated to "Federal Grant Finder"
• the header under the logo should be updated to: Name of user who shared grant Shared a Grant with Your Team
• View all Grants button should change to say "See All Grants Shared With My Team" and link to My Grants page / Shared With My Team tab
• ensure that light gray background goes around card fully (currently there is a buggy white stripe that shows on top of the grey background in the email

• do we want to change dashboard to show name of person who did action only for "share"? or wait to consistently apply across all actions?
• what should email title and preview text be?
