When the shareTerminologyEnabled feature flag evaluates to true:
On the My Grants view, the Assigned tab is renamed to Shared with Your Team
The tab-based Vue route for /my-grants/:tab corresponding to the Shared with your team tab is updated to /my-grants/shared-with-your-team instead of /my-grants/assigned
The Vue router redirects from /my-grants/assigned to /my-grants/shared-with-your-team
On the My Grants view, tabs appear in the following (left-to-right) order:
Shared with Your Team / Assigned (depending on state of the feature flag noted above)

The update to the tab ordering change can be independent of the shareTerminologyEnabled feature flag if it reduces implementation complexity.
Use the helper method (e.g. if (shareTerminologyEnabled() === true) {) exported by packages/client/src/helpers/index.js rather than accessing the window.APP_CONFIG object directly (docs).
Ensure that the "Assigned" -> "Shared with Your Team" terminology change applies to the title of the tab itself, not just the tab's navigation link.
