[ID] Add robust analytics for the ID tool

Need a USDR internal way to view:

• Number of Users per tenant
• Number of agencies set up per tenant

[ID tool]

• Number of grants bookmarked / assigned per tenant
• the keywords each tenant is saving
• the eligibility code each tenant is saving
• Which grants the tenants (in aggregate) are bookmarking
• Whether users are searching for grants using ID numbers or keywords. This will tell us if they already knew about the grant, or whether they discovered it through our tool.
• Whether users are clicking through the Updated grants button. This will tell us if the user discovered the grant through our tool.
• Whether users are clicking through our email notifications.

Some implementation options

• build a script that dumps it out into a text file
• build out a dashboard - what are some existing platforms that can help with this? (Domo looks promising)
