What does this change?

• 🌎 The content for the phone pro form is (mostly) there

• ⛔ But it doesn't look as nice as the mocks

• ✅ This commit brings it closer to the mocks

• ✅ This commit adds sidebar placeholders to the phone pro form.

• 🔮 Future commits will actually fill in real content here
