Description

RSU health monitor plugin is a V2xHub plugin that interface with its connected RSU directly via SNMP protocol. The plugin is responsible for monitoring the connected RSU status by constantly ping RSU device. Please check out the sonar scan code smells. A lot of these seem pretty easy to address. Also you need to update the sonar.properties file to include your new plugin
