I ran it successfully and the results are at https://github.com/usdot-fhwa-stol/snmp-client/actions/runs/4166796789/jobs/7211583362. However it says the sonar.cfamily.cache.enabled property is deprecated. Let me check out their reference to https://docs.sonarcloud.io/advanced-setup/languages/c-c-objective-c/.
