Autoware NDT mapping node errors out during PCD map creation #849

Types of Issue

Descriptive summary

Can't create a PCD file from the ROSBag due to NDT mapping node errors out during PCD map generation at Step 3 following the procedure described here https://usdot-carma.atlassian.net/l/c/E3MaBj9k.

Expected behavior

PCD map should have been created using the ROSBag data.

Software version this applies to

fix/ndt_mapping branch

Actual behavior

NDT mapping node errors out, see attached image.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Follow the procedure for PCD map generation using the ROSBag stored in the /opt/carma/maps directory on the Blue Lexus. NDT mapping errors out during step 3.

Although this is definitely a problem, it is not a problem in the Carma software. Therefore, not tagging it as an anomaly, which would count against our code.
