Description

This is the PR to revert the 2 PRs related to cv2x integration with cdasim. VRU use case is being released under lavida, and we confirmed with clients not to release cv2x communication under this release. Therefore, reverting the integration of cv2x here.

There are 2 Repos being no longer included in this release due to this change: https://github.com/usdot-fhwa-stol/ns3_c-v2x https://github.com/usdot-fhwa-stol/ns3-federate
