Associate a probability with start_date_accuracy and end_date_accuracy #210
I know I have said this before and I may have lost the argument but there is real value in associating a probability with the start_date_accuracy and end_date_accuracy. If the start_date is six months from now, the probability is 1%. If it is tomorrow, and the weather report is good, and the equipment is on-site, the probability is closer to 80%. This helps with route planning to a large degree.
