Rename SwzDeviceFeed feed and object to DeviceFeed #310

This PR resolves #242 by renaming the WZDx SwzDeviceFeed to DeviceFeed.

Specifically, it proposes the following changes:

In the v4.1 spec, rename all references to SwzDeviceFeed to DeviceFeed.
Add clarifying text that the DeviceFeed used to be named SwzDeviceFeed.
Change wording to clarify that all feeds are WZDx feeds.
