Rename SwzDeviceFeed to DeviceFeed #334

This PR resolves #242 and supersedes #310 by renaming the WZDx SwzDeviceFeed to DeviceFeed.

Specifically, it proposes the following changes:

In the v4.1 spec, rename all references to SwzDeviceFeed to DeviceFeed.
Add clarifying text that the DeviceFeed used to be named SwzDeviceFeed.
Drop "smart" wording as needed.
