Add this paragraph:

"For USA Staffing customers, you can pull your baseline data by exporting the “Certificate Selection by Assessment Category” report in Cognos. It is located in the Team Content > USA Staffing Packages and Folders > Staffing Reports > Staffing > Certificate folder. "
