LOL-zy Message: "You probably can't get anything, Try again." #24

Is this a place holder or a real message that they may see if they do not qualify? It looks like a placeholder, but flagging as a not very useful message.

@kathytpham It's a placeholder for a part that we haven't gotten to yet. I think I'll remove it for the time being, but I set it to happen if someone is making more than $10,000 a month.

@mollieru, do you have any thoughts on this?
