"Me and someone else" and "For one or more people" can apply to the same group. Can we clarify?

@kathytpham you can apply on behalf of someone else (or multiple other people) while not applying for yourself.

@annienguyen24 what do you think about saying "On behalf of one more people" to be more clear?

Yes, "For one or more people" was meant for other people, not me. Change to "On behalf of one or more people." @jaredcunha is making the change as we speak.
