I was thinking about what it would take to add multiple-language support to the application process without changing too much of the content or info. One of the main things would be adding one of Jekyll's internationalization plugins.

Do you have an existing / preferred library for doing this? The most popular one appears to be https://github.com/Anthony-Gaudino/jekyll-multiple-languages-plugin
