Describe the bug
Given that we have switched to census tracts, which are in general larger than census block groups, the auto-zoom in level when a user selects a census tract maybe too low and is creating a sub-optimal user experience as the user is only shown a part of the tract (if it is large) and not shown relevant contextual information as to where that tract is.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to 'Explore the tool'
Click on 'A census tract'
Scroll down to '....'
See auto-zoom in behavior
Expected behavior
Explore alternate zoom levels that may be more appropriate for census tracts.
