Provide some transparency on what is in this data set ( columns )
@vim-usds will pull this data in via the front end so we can see it, but this will just be an interim step,

The link mentioned in this ticket's description allows us to download a shapefile, eg, BIA_National_LAR. This shapefile has 3 shapefiles embedded in them, namely:

@BethMattern @vim-usds -- can you confirm that all three of these areas are also supposed to be on the map?
BIA_National_LAR (red fill) BIA_AIAN_Supplemental (yellow fill) BIA_TSA (green fill)
