Party doesn't need to be capitalized on the data cards on the methodology & data page - Responsible party:

Describe the bug On the data cards (all) on the methodology & data page, "Responsible Party" should be "Responsible party" for all of the tool's data sets.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Methodology & data'
2. Scroll down to 'data cards'
3. See error

Expected behavior Party should be party.
