One of the developers of the BIL map in Louisiana (https://experience.arcgis.com/experience/1e05919a65744cd7af115f46b0072880/) has interest in sending users of their map directly to the CEJST (census tract to census tract). Currently this is not supported because the tiles are dynamically created. I let them know about the option to use the CEJST Shapefiles and integrate CEJST into their map but the request does not seem unreasonable. It would be good to generate linkable URLs that select a specific census tract in the CEJST. Right now the best you can do is generate the lat/long string but that just centers the tract. The person still has to make the selection.

See above
use the lat/long string = no selection
use the Shapefile to integrate into other maps
