The icon on the About page for the download data is misleading (it is a holdover from when it was about something else)

Describe the bug On the About page, the icon for the download section should be the download icon.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'About'
2. Scroll down to 'Download section'
3. See error

Expected behavior The icon should be the download icon. See screenshots.
