The lands of federally recognized tribes stings in the side panel did not get translated

Describe the bug On the side panel, tracts that have lands of federally recognized tribes strings did not get translated. This is for full and partial tracts.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'a tract that contains lands of federally recognized tribes'
2. Click on 'tract'
3. See error in side panel

Expected behavior These strings should be translated and pushed to the language control so that they appear in Spanish in the side panel.
