Describe the task

A couple of items to finalize the Spanish translations for version 1.0. See acceptance criteria below. KK to schedule time @vim-usds to discuss / do.

Acceptance Criteria

[x] Update the Spanish version of the two tutorials - about page links - see attachments
[x] Update the typo on the English version of the main CEJST tutorial - update file - see attachment
[x] Update the language on the "show" toggles on the side panel to "mostar" - https://github.com/usds/justice40-tool/issues/2238
[x] Talk about the partial disadvantage strings - https://github.com/usds/justice40-tool/issues/2237
