As a developer, I want to compare the list of prioritized census block groups to the published list of New Market Tax Credit low-income community census tracts , so that I can see how our list matches up #589
Description
It will be helpful in evaluating our score to report on the number of census tracts on the New Market Tax Credit low-income communities that have one or more census block groups that are considered prioritized on our list.
The Excel file containing a list of NMTC census tracts is attached. Note that only tracts with a YES in column C are NMTC tracts.
Tasks
[ ] Load the list of census tracts from the NMTC Iist into the comparison tool (file is attached to this ticket)
[ ] Load the list of prioritized census block groups generated by the CEJST score/process
[ ] Identify which census tracts from the NMTC list that are marked as NMTC elligible have census block groups in the list of prioritized communities
[ ] Produce a report that summarizes how many NMTC tracts contain prioritized census block groups
Definition of "Done"
[ ] Report is ready for review by internal stakeholders
