It appears that https://playbook.cio.gov/ may be down or inoperable based on MAX.gov Operating Status providing a "Page Not Found" response.

Perhaps the hosting has moved or the health of the static site has gone awry?

Thanks, @mark-schaal. We proxy through max.gov to get onto cio.gov and apparently human error led to some brief downtime.
