The URL under Play 8 "Consider open source software solutions at every layer of the stack" needs to be updated

I'm going to go ahead and assume that this was a whitehouse.gov URL before, and had to be changed to obamawhitehouse.archives.gov with the change of administration: in any case, the link is currently live, and Andrew is long gone, so closing this.
