Adapt app to WeightV2 #374

Adds support for nodes that use WeightV2 (contracts-node 0.22.1 +) Older nodes are supported on a separate deployment https://weightv1--contracts-ui.netlify.app/ Not using api-contract's query anymore, but calls the contractsApi.call directly. WeightV2 is not fully supported in api-contract yet.

Closes https://github.com/paritytech/contracts-ui/issues/359

The contract metadata is reset and no longer leaks between routes.
