Testnets should be named like this:

For Phala it's "Phala Development" and the RPC is poc5.phala.network.

Please make sure that you can connect to the chains, the RPC endpoints can be found here: https://github.com/paritytech/awesome-ink#testnets or on https://polkadot.js.org/apps/ here:
