The toctree handling looks strange and it has no page numbers.
The sphinx-Business-Theme has some nice example, where they have really wonderful toc-tree with pagenumbers: file:///home/daniel/Downloads/demo-3.pdf
theme: https://github.com/Nekmo/sphinx-business-theme
We need to figure out how to do it, use it, and especially document it quite well.
