[#51] Configure Theme discussion #52

Tried to implement the discussed concept. Added theme, theme_options. Sidebar variable is still a mysteria to me. Configured main.css with config values to handle special first page

Small hint: if you add Fixes #51 to a commit message, then github closes this issues automatically when the PR gets merged.
