License activation error

I have checked the following:

[X] I use the newest version of bruno.
[X] I've searched existing issues and found nothing related to my issue.

Describe the bug

After bruno update to the latest version my license activation is not active anymore and I get error, when I try to activate my license:

Error invoking remote method 'renderer:request-license-activation-otp': Error while initiating license activation

Same error happened earlier to me #1891

I expirience the same in v1.18.1. I'm located behind a proxy, Settings for this proxy are correct and work on other operations.

It previously worked for me on the same machine, but I'm somehow not signed in anymore.

I have the same issue. I am not able to input my license key, which previously had been working fine. My license.json file now displays "null". I am on v1.19.0, but I had the same issue on v1.18.1 prior to updating.
