Bruno 1.34.1 fails to install on Windows #3404

I have checked the following:

Describe the bug

I attempted to install the official built version of Bruno 1.34.1 via winget and from installer downloaded from github. I get the same error.

Hi @tilagnes - sorry to see you're experiencing this. We're investigating. What version of Windows are you on?

I am on Windows 11 Version 24H2. Installation of 1.34.0 is successful.
